You and I both know that your mindset is 80% of your success. So why do so many companies get it wrong? Well, many state of mind coaches and motivational loudspeakers will teach you that you should feel more happy and have more positive thoughts more often. I believe that’s where the problem begins. Whether you see it now or not, when you look to shift your mind to be more positive, you are preventing the emotion you are trying to change actually. That’s where the problem begins. The entrepreneurial journey brings with it many uncomfortable feelings such as stress, fear, embarrassment, frustration, or even anger.
What does one do when these feelings appear? Do you avoid sense them by attempting to improve your mindset right away or possibly stay in the comfort zone? Can you now understand why many business owners get stuck? Well, where is the answer? Emotional fitness is NOT about feeling more happy and motivated constantly, as you have been trained probably. It’s developing a deeper understanding of authentically feeling ALL the variety of emotion that come our way as entrepreneurs.
This is where your TRUE power lies. Once you learn how to fully feel and process both negative and positive emotions in your life, the tension is removed by you, stress, and inner discord within you. You established the stage to then get good at your attitude and gain access to the self-confidence and certainty necessary to reach your commercial goals and produce a significant difference.
We can understand this in a variety of ways. Protein shakes, cheese, seafood, beef, rooster, soy. The challenge comes when we can only just tolerate particular foods. Also, it is important that we get as much “hard” proteins (chicken, beef, and fish) as is possible. We shouldn’t get it all from protein shakes and cheese.
When we sit back to a meal we have to eat our proteins food first, vegetables second, and sugars/starches last if there is room. Proteins go longer in the pouch and take longer to process through the music group allowing us to feel full quicker and keeping our satiety longer. As it turns out, hard proteins are sometimes the most challenging to work with for a Bandster.
